In the early eighties, my wife Toshiko and I opened the first authentic Japanese restaurant in Charlotte, North Carolina to share our passion for introducing the true Japanese cuisine to American people. When my customers kept asking for our sauce and dressings to take home so they could enjoy our food at their own home, Tonton was born.
We have created the following recipes hoping that people can enjoy the authentic Japanese meal at home everyday. By using our sauce and dressing, the recipe becomes quite simple and you will only need short amount of time. The culinary possibilities are endless.
