Fried Rice

2 Scallions
2 Beef Franks
1 Egg
2 tablespoons Oil
1 1/2 cup Steamed Rice
Salt
Pepper
1 teaspoon butter
2 tablespoons Tonton Teriyaki Sauce
- Cut scallions into small pieces. Halve beef franks.
- Cut into small pieces.
- Beat Egg. Cook scrambled egg with 1/2 tablespoons of oil.
- Heat pan. Cook beef frank with 1/2 tablespoons of oil for 1 minute.
- Mix beef franks, 1/2 tablespoons oil, steamed rice, egg, salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon butter.
- Scoop a hole in middle. Pour Tonton Teriyaki Sauce in center. This will enhance the flavor of Tonton Sauce.
- Add scallions; do not over cook. Place on plate and serve.
Note: Also delicious with pork, ham, or sausage.
