Tofu Teriyaki Steak

4 slices Tofu
1 cup bean sprouts
2 tablespoons Oil
5 tablespoons Tonton Teriyaki Sauce
3 leaves Green Leaf Lettuce
4 sliced Tomatoes
4 bite sized pieces of Broccoli
Mustard or horseradish
- Cut tofu into 5/8 inch strips. Remove water from Tofu with paper towel.
- Sauté bean sprouts with oil (1 tablespoon); When bean sprouts turn its color from white to clear, pour 4 tablespoons of Tonton Teriyaki Sauce on the sprouts and stir for 40 seconds.
- Pan fry tofu with oil (1 tablespoon) until brown. Add rest of Tonton Teriyaki Sauce.
- Place on plate and serve.
