Ginger Beef

8 oz Beef (8 slices - 1 oz each)
3/4 cup Zucchini squash
3/4 cup Onion
1/2 tablespoon Ginger
2 teaspoons Oil
5 tablespoons Tonton Teriyaki Sauce
- Grate ginger first, then pour 4 tablespoons of Teriyaki Sauce on to ground ginger and mix together.
- Slice 8 oz of beef into eight thin slices.
- Cut zucchini and onion.
- Marinate beef in sauce and ginger mixture.
- Preheat frying pan with 1 teaspoon of oil, Sauté vegetables for a minute, then add 1 tablespoon of teriyaki sauce. Arrange vegetables on plate.
- Preheat frying pan with 1 teaspoon of oil. Place marinated beef in pan and cook until brown.
- Arrange beef on plate with vegetables and serve!
