1. Shipping Information:

We ship all of our products from our Distribution Center via United Parcel Service. Orders can be tracked online (please call for the UPS tracking number at 1-800-446-7108). All in-stock orders should be received within 3-7 business days depending on the shipping address.

Expedited Delivery
Expedited delivery options are available Monday-Friday for orders to the 48 contiguous states only. Saturday and Sunday are not considered delivery days. Two Business Days/additional 15.00 and Next Business Day/additional $25.00. Expedited orders must be received by 2pm ET and are guaranteed for in-stock items only.

Prices are subject to change without notice. 7.5% sales tax will be added to orders shipped to North Carolina.

4. Wholesale Order:

Orders can be placed via phone, fax, email, or mail. Orders will be shipped within 24-48 business hours. Wholesale accounts have a 1 case minimum order. Prices are subject to change without prior notification. Private label, foodservice bulk/gallon sizes, and volume discounts are available. Please call us for more information. Upon credit approval, Net 10 is available. Please contact our office for a credit application. Before credit approval, payment choices are by credit card (Visa, Master Card & Amex), or prepaying via mail. Sample Jar for in-store demo is available with paid order. 5. Return Policy:

Our satisfaction guarantee ensures that every item you purchase from us meets your high standards, or you can return it for a replacement or refund.

We have been creating superior authentic Japanese sauce and dressings since 1997 and we continually strive to provide our customers with the best customer service and highest quality products available.

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with our product, you may return or exchange the item by mail by simply follow the steps below.

  1. Contact our Guest Service Department at 1-800-446-7108 to receive Tonton authorization code.
  2. Please provide your Billing Name and Billing Address.
  3. Specify whether you want a return or exchange. For an exchange, please indicate your new product(s) selection.
  4. Upon receiving the issued authorization code, insure your package and mail to:

Please note: Returns or exchanges that are not accompanied by authorization code will not be accepted. It will take approximately one week for an exchange to be processed. We regret that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all exchange orders. If a product is damaged or defective, its replacement will be shipped free of charge. Please keep damaged merchandise for UPS inspection.
