Tofu Teriyaki Steak

4 slices Tofu
1 cup bean sprouts
2 tablespoons Oil
5 tablespoons Tonton Teriyaki Sauce
3 leaves Green Leaf Lettuce
4 sliced Tomatoes
4 bite sized pieces of Broccoli
Mustard or horseradish

  1. Cut tofu into 5/8 inch strips. Remove water from Tofu with paper towel.
  2. Sauté bean sprouts with oil (1 tablespoon); When bean sprouts turn its color from white to clear, pour 4 tablespoons of Tonton Teriyaki Sauce on the sprouts and stir for 40 seconds.
  3. Pan fry tofu with oil (1 tablespoon) until brown. Add rest of Tonton Teriyaki Sauce.
  4. Place on plate and serve.
