Ginger Beef

8 oz Beef (8 slices - 1 oz each)
3/4 cup Zucchini squash
3/4 cup Onion
1/2 tablespoon Ginger
2 teaspoons Oil
5 tablespoons Tonton Teriyaki Sauce

  1. Grate ginger first, then pour 4 tablespoons of Teriyaki Sauce on to ground ginger and mix together.
  2. Slice 8 oz of beef into eight thin slices.
  3. Cut zucchini and onion.
  4. Marinate beef in sauce and ginger mixture.
  5. Preheat frying pan with 1 teaspoon of oil, Sauté vegetables for a minute, then add 1 tablespoon of teriyaki sauce. Arrange vegetables on plate.
  6. Preheat frying pan with 1 teaspoon of oil. Place marinated beef in pan and cook until brown.
  7. Arrange beef on plate with vegetables and serve!
