Tonton Scallop Salad

3 Grilled Scallops
1/2 Avocado
1/8 Red Onion
5 Grape Tomatoes
3 Tbsp. Tonton® Yuzu Dressing

  1. Slice red onion (paper thin) and soak in cold water.
  2. Slice scallops in half.
  3. Slice avocado.
  4. Slice grape tomatoes in half.
  5. Dry red onion with paper towel.
  6. Arrange scallops, avocado and grape tomatoes on the plate and place red onion on top.
  7. Drizzle Tonton Yuzu® Dressing and serve.
Makes 1 serving.
Note: Also delicious with smoked salmon or sashimi grade tuna (cook slightly - inside rare).
