Tonton Kobe BBQ "Don" (Rice Bowl)

4 cups cooked rice
10 oz. steak (N.Y. Strip, Ribeye, Sirloin)
1 cup lettuce, very thinly sliced
1/2 onion, sliced
1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
3/4 Tonton® Kobe BBQ Sauce

  1. Marinade the thinly sliced steak in Kobe BBQ sauce (1/2 cup) overnight.
  2. Cook rice according to package directions. Put cooked rice in a bowl.
  3. Grill beef, onion and bell pepper. Do not overcook the beef.
  4. Add sliced lettuce over the rice.
  5. Heat Kobe BBQ sauce (1/4 cup new).
  6. Pour half the Kobe BBQ sauce over lettuce and rice.
  7. Add grilled meat, onion, bell pepper and pour in remaining sauce and serve.
Makes 2 servings.
